HAJJ PACKAGES FOR 2025

With a heavy heart, we announce that Ibadah Tours will not be offering Hajj packages for 2025. For years, we have had the privilege of facilitating this sacred journey for countless pilgrims, serving the Ummah with dedication and care. To those of you who have traveled with us in the past and to those who hoped to join us this year, we deeply appreciate your trust and belief in our service.

Unfortunately, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has implemented changes that have reshaped how Hajj is organized for Western pilgrims. Under the current framework, Hajj packages must be booked exclusively through the Ministry's centralised online platform, NUSUK, and authorised agents such as ourselves no longer have permission to arrange and sell packages directly.

We know this change has brought confusion, frustration, and challenges for many. While the intention behind NUSUK is to simplify and standardise the booking process, the reality has often been far from ideal. Pilgrims have reported difficulties with the platform, from technical issues to limited support, leaving many unsure about their journey. These teething problems, while perhaps expected with a new system, underscore the need for a more effective and reliable solution for pilgrims.

At Ibadah Tours, we have always taken immense pride in tailoring Hajj packages that cater to the specific needs of our pilgrims, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience. It is disheartening to no longer have the opportunity to serve the Ummah for Hajj in the way we have for so many years. However, we respect the Ministry's authority and pray for a future where trusted agents can once again assist pilgrims with proper permissions, offering the high level of service that has always been our hallmark.

For those embarking on this journey for Hajj 2025, we strongly advise you to book your packages directly through NUSUK. You can download the app on iOS or Android to register and secure your arrangements.

We also feel it is important to caution against relying on unauthorised agents who may claim to resell packages or offer deals outside of NUSUK. Unfortunately, rogue agents have tarnished the reputation of this industry in the past by mismanaging bookings or stealing funds. As painful as it is to see these issues persist, we urge you to be vigilant and prioritize booking through official channels to protect your journey.

Hajj remains one of the greatest acts of worship, a pillar of Islam that many spend their lives saving and preparing for. We sincerely hope the Ministry will, in time, recognize the value that reputable agents bring to this sacred journey and allow us to once again assist pilgrims with the care, expertise, and personalized service that we are known for.

While we are unable to serve you for Hajj this year, our commitment to the Ummah remains steadfast. We pray Allah SWT grants every pilgrim ease in their preparations and accepts their efforts for a Hajj Mabroor.
