Unfortunately there are Agents within the market who are selling fake Hajj Visa's and packages to individuals for Hajj 2022.
Even though we have no Hajj packages available at this moment in time, due to the fact that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah are yet to release Hajj Visa Quotas for individual agents, we feel it is necessary to update you all on the following in order to try and safeguard the Ummah from the disgusting acts of a few.
May ALLAH ﷻ protect you all as well as guide those who are stealing from the Pilgrims through means of an obligation.
We understand it is difficult for all of you who have been awaiting news and updates on packages and we commend you all.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee anything for this year.
As far as we are aware no Agent have been informed of individual quotas for Hajj this year. We cannot speak on behalf of anyone who are selling packages this year, but our Philosophy is to deliver what we promise.
This year we have not been informed of what we we wish to be able to deliver as of yet, hence we feel taking huge deposits or payments for Hajj is unfair and not sincere at the moment.
We work differently to most others brother, we cannot sit on peoples money. It is an Amanah upon us.
We have been chasing up tirelessly to gain more information on the Visa’s we have but at no avail unfortunately.
Even though Hajj is our bread and butter, honesty and sincerity is more important. We cannot compromise our services to any Pilgrims by portraying a product we may not have in the end.
